Hi, I’m Anastasia—The "Unfiltered Supermom"

The Reality

My day starts at 3 AM. I work a full morning shift, race home to high-five my husband as he heads out for his workday, and then shift gears to my most important role: raising my two awesome kids (a 2.5-year-old toddler and a 3-month-old baby).

The Background

I spent the last 8 years in management before stepping down to focus on my family. But just because I’m not a manager at work anymore doesn’t mean that side of me has retired.

The Blog

I started this site to share the "manager’s side" of the household. I use specific systems to keep our days running smoothly, and I’m here to share those realistic, unfiltered strategies with you.

You don’t need a perfect home to have a functional one. I am dedicated to sharing real-world tips that help working moms survive the daily grind, keep the fridge stocked, and find the 'wins' in everyday life.

The Philosophy

I am not a "perfect" mom, and I’m definitely not a "crunchy" mom. My time is short. Because I don't have hours to spend on intricate activities or gourmet meals, I rely on systems.

I treat my home with the same efficiency I used to treat my workplace. My systems ensure that I never run out of groceries and the house gets cleaned—although maybe not as much as I’d like. But that’s life.
